Hi, I’m Patrick Koski, a proud North Dakota native, born and raised in Bismarck, ND. I have a deep appreciation for the high quality of life and the countless opportunities the Bismarck-Mandan area offers. As a Real Estate Agent, I'm passionate about helping others experience the same sense of community and prosperity that I have enjoyed. I graduated from the University of Mary with a degree in Business Management and began my career in real estate and sales with a home improvement franchise during my final two years of college. Through hard work, I grew my business into one of my parent company’s top 100 franchises nationwide.

 

My real estate experience has been extensive, working with North Dakota’s largest home-builder, overseeing real estate developments and home construction from start to finish. I’ve handled a wide range of properties, from starter homes to million-dollar luxury residences. Today, I’m proud to serve my clients with a wealth of industry knowledge and industry leading marketing and advice. Alongside my professional work, I remain committed to my community. I live in Bismarck-Mandan with my wife and our daughter, enjoying an active lifestyle that includes boating, biking, and participating in local events. The area’s close-knit community, excellent schools, and business opportunities have made it the perfect place to call home for myself and my family.
